Job description
Located in our plant and reporting to the Senior VP Manufacturing in Hong Kong you will be responsible to:

Provide daily direction and leadership to all manufacturing departments in Jiangsu
Develop Company policies and procedures and insure compliance
Enforce Company directives and safety policies
Develop and review expense budgets for each department
Implement and develop training and productivity improvements
Insure compliance to the Company’s quality system

You will liaise closely with our other sites in Asia Pacific and world wide and be part of an international team.

Requirement/Basic qualifications
University Graduate with a degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
At least 10 years GMP standard manufacturing and project management experience in an international Pharma/Healthcare or related industry company
Experience with sterile production, injection molding and regulatory processes
Interpersonal skills
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Effective managerial and organizational abilities
Proactive, well-organized and resilient

Senior Project Manager Engineering - Fresenius Medical Care Asia-Pacific - Hong Kong - China

Reporting to the Senior Vice President Manufacturing Asia-Pacific you will be responsible to lead capital investment and improvement projects in our various pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing sites in Asia-Pacific. You will

Coordinate multi-discipline engineering projects from proposal to handover to production
Specify, review and verify engineering activities to ensure cross disciplinary coordination
Contribute to the development of our production facilities through sharing experiences, collecting and distributing best practices
Participate in supplier selection and negotiation
Supervise daily activities including contractors and suppliers

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering/Science or related field
Minimum of 8 years engineering and production experience with solid knowledge in pharmaceutical/medical device, food or chemical industry
Previous ISO 9001/13485 and cGMP quality education or training
Experience with fluid and sterile technology, validation, qualification and FDA regulated projects, PLC, operating systems e.g. SIEMENS and AutoCAD
Desire and ability to travel according to project requirements
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
