Job Description:
Supports the quality system processes for customer feedback on our products. Primary focus is on field reports of product performance, controlling progress of investigations and resolution of customer complaints using defined procedures that assure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Job Tasks:
Assures timely and accurate input of field reports into the company’s database for complaint processing
Follows defined procedures for determining event report ability and reporting them to authorities, assigning and tracking investigations and closing complaints per all applicable regulations and company procedures
Compiles information as input to reports for review by management
Compiles reports on customer complaints
Initiates improvements of existing quality system and procedures
Qualification and skills:
Must be knowledgeable in quality system procedures an keep current with changes in the regulations and company procedures
Must be proficient using computer applications (e.g. MS Excel) and have the aptitude to learn company databases and systems
Good communication skills (both oral and written) in German and English language
Must have good organization skills and attention to details and identify improvement opportunities
