Job Description:
Concept development
Performance assessment of used platform
Coordination of implemented features with project leader
Development of embedded firmware in C/C++ and assembler in collaboration with hard- and software engineers
Documentation of product development according to the internal quality system und regulatory requirements
Active collaboration in quality management
Maintenance and servicing of embedded firmware
Collaboration during system integration
System modelling and simulation
Verification and validaton
Qualification and skills:
Several years of experience with embedded C/C++ and assembler
Knowledge of real-time operating systems and real-time applications
Knowledge of debugging multitasking/multicore real-time applications
Knowledge of serial bus formats and interfaces (RS232, USB, I2C, SPI)
Establishing a development environment with compile, assembler, debugger, emulator
Knowledge of synchronous/asynchronous logic design
Knowledge of Linux, if possible in the area embedded systems
Knowledge of and experience with UML and SysML an asset
Good knowledge of signal processing an asset
Communicative personality and team player
Self-reliant, proactive, systematic and structured working method
Inquisitiveness and willingness to learn
Self-dependent team player
Very good written and spoken English and German
